有着米其林餐厅背景的土耳其主厨阿萌(Ahmet Bilgen)被不少人称之为“天才厨师”，14岁学厨19岁在迪拜开启人生第一份工作，从此在厨艺之路上“一路开挂”。37岁的他已在六个国家多个五星级酒店工作过，擅长烹饪地中海风味菜肴。 4月15—25日，阿萌受邀做客兰州，成为当地一场主题为“地中海美食”的主厨，在中国西北找寻他的“客座世界”。在近20年的烹饪技巧打磨中，阿萌擅长以食物来描写故事。他现场接受中新社记者专访时表示，每道菜都有故事，每个地方的食物和文化都是相通的，了解当地民众饮食习惯、民俗文化也是客座主厨最为重要的准备工作。 |
